Our communications are becoming more efficient!

The results of the Discussion Forum held last October (link to the report here) and the feedback received through our various contact points have led us to reimagine how we keep you informed.

Here are our new approaches to make information from Member Services and PFP (training) more accessible.

For Member Services (content examples: assessment notices, tax documents, etc.), you will receive:

• A single summary email in the 2nd week of the month
• A reminder will be sent

Regarding training offered to all members and permit holders, information will be sent monthly, during the 3rd week of the month.

Mandatory training will continue to be sent every Wednesday of each week.

Above all, we remind you that information is available on our website at all times.
