Following our announcement on January 9th, we are pleased to provide more details regarding the arrival of Maple, our new partner for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
To ensure a smooth transition for all our members, here are the key points to keep in mind for the coming days:
- Official Launch on February 1st: The contract with Maple will officially begin on February 1, 2026. On this date, you will receive your personalized instructions and login details via email. Access to the Maple platform and services will be activated simultaneously.
- Ongoing Cases with Homewood: If you currently have an active file or follow-up with Homewood, do not worry: the Homewood team will continue to support you until your case is completed, ensuring continuity of care.
