February 1st New EAP: Switching to Maple

Following our announcement on January 9th, we are pleased to provide more details regarding the arrival of Maple, our new partner for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

To ensure a smooth transition for all our members, here are the important points to remember for the coming days:

1. Official Launch on February 1st

The contract with Maple will officially begin on February 1, 2026. On this exact date, you will receive your personalized instructions and login details via email. Access to the Maple platform and services will be activated simultaneously on that day.

2.  Current Services with Homewood

  • Until January 31: You may continue to use Homewood Health services without interruption.
  • Ongoing Cases: If you already have a follow-up or an open file with Homewood, do not worry: the Homewood team will continue to support you until your case is completed, ensuring continuity of care.

3. Why the Change?

The arrival of Maple is part of our commitment to offering modern, accessible health and wellness services tailored to the realities of our members. The Maple platform enables, among other features, rapid connection with healthcare professionals, often through virtual consultations.
