AQTIS 514 IATSE makes every effort to protect the data of its members and partners.

 

Therefore, two-factor authentication will be needed to access the secure section of our website starting Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

 

Details:

On the login page, you will be asked to set up login using a cellphone (for text messages) or any phone (for voice calls);

• Register your usual devices to avoid having to enter the code each time you login;
• The cellphone number for authentication doesn’t have to be the same as the number in your profile. You can enter any number that suits you;
• If you choose the voice authentication option, please use a direct phone line. Automatic answering systems are not compatible with this security feature;
• It will no longer be possible for colleagues to use a shared account. You will therefore need to create a personal account HERE.

How to avoid fees if you are abroad?

Two possibilities:

1)

- Before leaving the country, access the secure section of the website;

- Request an verification code to be sent to your phone via text message;

- You will receive this code by text message;

- After entering the code, simply select "remember this device";

- You won't need to enter a code when you log in from this device (or any other device you've saved) in the future.

2)

- Before leaving the country, save the screenshot you made when setting up multi-factor authentication;

- When logging in from abroad, select "use a recovery code" and follow the instructions.
