International Women's Day is Approaching !

Dear members, 

March 8, International Women's Rights Day, is a time to celebrate the talent in our community and amplify the voices that speak for women's rights. Let's take this opportunity to highlight the unique contribution of women to the film and television industry and to Quebec society in general. On this day, let us think of the mothers, sisters, cousins, aunts and friends who have loved, supported and encouraged us throughout our lives, no matter who we are. 

MORE RELEVANT THAN EVER

Current international events, particularly in the United States, are a reminder that women's rights are still very much an issue, and that reflection, discussion and action are still relevant and necessary.  

HELP RAISE AWARENESS

Let us know about productions with a women's rights theme that you have worked on or that have had an impact on you. These could be movies, series or documentaries from home or abroad that deal with subjects related to the status of women. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Send your list of productions to communications@aqtis514iatse.com by noon on March 7.
The productions you submit will then be shared on our social media on March 8 to highlight the power of our movies and series, your talent and the vital role played by our industry.

You can also contribute by joining the Women in Industry Committee, which is being revived.
