ABOUT

This course is for members who need to use a ladder or stepladder as part of their duties.

OBJECTIVES

After completing the course, participants will be tested on the following:

•    CHOOSING the right equipment
•    USING the equipment correctly
•    KNOWING how to set up the equipment properly
•    INSPECTING the equipment before use
•    APPLYING handling, maintenance and storage rules

PREREQUISITES

• Have taken the course “Initiation to community life”
• Already be a member of AQTIS 514 IATSE.
