Civility in the Workplace: A Shared Commitment

With one voice, we reaffirm the importance of promoting and maintaining, at all times, a healthy, respectful, and safe working climate, both on set and across all workplaces.

Ensuring such a climate is primarily the responsibility of the producer. However, it also relies on an active, positive, and constant commitment from each and every one of us. On a daily basis, this means behaviors rooted in civility, respect, and kindness in our interactions within production teams.

A healthy workplace notably includes:

An inclusive environment, open to diversity in all its forms;
A space free from harassment and bullying;
Professional exchanges, free from inappropriate comments, remarks about appearance, judgment, or abruptness.

Together, we contribute to this climate through our actions, our words, and our attitude.

If you witness or are a victim of a problematic situation, it is important to report it to your union association or to the production. Resources are available to support you in complete confidentiality.
