Registration

If you are interested in a course, please register as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
N.B.: If the number of registrations for a course is too low, we may have to cancel or postpone it.

Registration requests are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Health and safety training courses are reserved for members, as is the “Leading a Team” course. Other training courses are open to non-members, provided they have completed the “Introduction to Association Life” course beforehand. Please note that members are given priority for registration.

  • By debit card (payment must be made in person at our office)

Course fees must be paid in full at registration. Only individuals who have paid for a course will be allowed to attend.

Payment must be made on business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Cancellation policy (Through april 30, 2026)

Please note that the cancellation policy below is valid through April 30, 2026. After that date, the policy will change.



If an unforeseen event prevents you from attending your training, you may be eligible for a refund, according to the following terms:

Cancellation process (paid training):

  • Six (6) business days or more before the start of training:
    • Full refund.
  • Five (5) business days or less before the start of training:
    • $100 fee, with the difference refunded if applicable. Exception: Medical reasons or obtaining a contract under AQTIS 514 IATSE jurisdiction, upon presentation of proof.
  • Absence from training:
    • Any delay of more than 15 minutes or absence of signature on the attendance sheets for each half-day is considered an absence.
    • No refund, unless absence is for serious reasons (medical reasons or obtaining a contract under AQTIS 514 IATSE jurisdiction), upon presentation of proof.

Cancellation process (free training):

  • Six (6) business days or more before the start of training:
    • Cancellation without charge.
  • Five (5) business days or less before the start of training:
    • $100 fee. Exception: Medical reasons or obtaining a contract under AQTIS 514 IATSE jurisdiction, upon presentation of proof.
  • Absence from training:
    • Any delay of more than 15 minutes or absence of signature on the attendance sheets for each half-day is considered an absence.
    • $100 fee, unless absence is for serious reasons (medical reasons or obtaining a contract under AQTIS 514 IATSE jurisdiction), upon presentation of proof.

Cancellation process (self-paced online training)

  • Non-participation in all or part of the training:
    • You have three months to complete a self-paced online training from the date it was made available. Beyond this period, a $100 fee will be applied.

 

AQTIS 514 IATSE reserves the right to cancel a training session due to insufficient registrations. In such a case, you will receive a full refund, unless you wish to register for another available date.

Business days: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. A cancellation request received after 5:00 p.m. on a weekday is considered a request for the following business day. A cancellation request received on a weekend or public holiday is considered a request for the following business day.

Important: Obtaining an AQTIS 514 IATSE contract is not a valid reason for a no-cost cancellation. 


AQTIS 514 IATSE reserves the right to cancel a training session due to insufficient enrollment. You will then receive a full refund, unless you wish to register for another available date.


Business days: Monday through Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.


A cancellation request received after 5 p.m. on a weekday is considered a request for the following business day. A cancellation request received on a weekend or holiday is considered a request for the following business day.

 

Cancellation Terms

Absence from the training:

    Any delay of more than 15 minutes or failure to sign the attendance sheets for each half-day session is considered an absence.

    No refunds will be issued, except in the case of absence for medical reasons, upon presentation of supporting documentation.

 

Cancellation Procedures (Free Training):

Six (6) business days or more before the start of the training:

    Cancellation without penalty.

Three (3) business days or less before the start of the training:

    $100 cancellation fee

Exception: Full refund if for medical reasons (with proof)

Absence from the training:

    Any delay of more than 15 minutes or failure to sign the attendance sheets for each half-day session is considered an absence.

    $100 fee, unless the absence is for medical reasons, upon presentation of proof.

 

Cancellation procedures (self-paced online training):

Failure to participate in all or part of the training:

    You have three months to complete a self-paced online training course starting from the date the training was made available. After this period, the training will be removed, and you will need to submit a new registration request.

Certificates

We provide a certificate of participation at the end of each course. This is available in your personal space on the website, in the "Documents" section.
